Well what an eventful Friday evening we had at One Fine Day’s Canberra Wedding Fair at the National Gallery of Australia. We were privileged to be among the top local wedding vendors who exhibited on the night. We welcomed couples, bridesmaids, friends and family into Gandel Hall from 5:30pm. On arrival guests were able to meet with florists, stylists, live bands, jewellers, celebrants, cake makers, and stationery designers. Among our favourites were Moxom and Whitney, the collective of photographers from All Grown Up Weddings, live Sydney band Duke, and Sweet Bones Bakery.

After a meet and greet session guests were invited to the terrace to enjoy a 3 course dinner catered by the National Gallery, a fashion show featuring local and international wedding dress designers and Moet under the stars. The event changed people’s perception of a wedding fair in Canberra as a stuffy sales market, to instead become a glamorous experience and a fun night out. Many guests were impressed that our One Fine Day video campaign was filmed on the gallery grounds, and it highlighted just how beautiful the venue is. The gallery did a fantastic job managing and catering for the event, and we hope to be involved next time it comes to Canberra.
